Getting started with your discount online blood test is as easy as 1-2-3

Discount Online Blood Test

More Information

  • First time direct access laboratory testing customers will create an account called MyDLS® online. You will be able to access this account with your username and password at any time to view your discount wellness blood test orders, sign HIPAA release forms, print your requisition, and view or print your wellness test results all online.
  • Payment is made by credit card at the time the order is placed and DirectLabs® accepts all major credit cards. The prices listed are all inclusive, and no extra charges are added within the continental USA.
  • Once you've placed your order for direct access laboratory testing, you will receive an automated confirmation email that will also have a receipt attached.
  • Once an order has been processed with DirectLabs® changes cannot be made to that existing order.  To add/remove tests or transfer funds to a new or existing customer, a $10 "Processing Fee" will be charged to issue a new requisition form.
  • Within 2–4 hours, we will generate your requisition and upload it to your MyDLS® account. You will receive an email letting you know to log in to your account to print your wellness blood testing requisition. Orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • You must have the order/requisition form prior to going to the PSC. If you are unable to print the requisition for your discount online blood test, please call 1-800-908-0000. If you bring a requisition to the lab OTHER than our requisition, you will receive a bill from the lab that you will be responsible for, even if our requisition is meant to replace that one. Bring NO other requisition besides ours. If you bring your requisition to a lab other than Quest, you will be responsible for the bill from that lab.
  • Orders with DirectLabs® never expire. However, Quest requisitions do expire after 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. After this time, please contact customer service to provide you with an updated requisition form before going to the lab.
  • If you would like a copy of your discount online blood test results sent to your Healthcare Provider, you must log in to your MyDLS® and complete the HIPAA form.
  • After an order has been placed, you may cancel prior to the collection of the specimen. The refund will be equal to the price of the test less a $25 cancellation fee, if cancelled within six (6) months from date of order. There are no refunds issued after six (6) months. If your order contains a kit that is sent to your home, there will be a $25 cancellation fee applied once the kit is shipped. However, with Sabre Science specialty kits refunds cannot be issued until unused kit is received by DirectLabs®.
  • Services not available in  NJ, NY and RI.
    Regardless of where you live, our requisitions can NOT be used at lab locations in the states of NJ, NY and RI.
